Discover the excellence of Italian Cousine and Made in Italy Sport Car History: visit an “Acetaia” a Balsamic Vinegarmaker and a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese farm and complete your tour inside Maserati private collection and Ferrari Museum

Meet your guide and private minivan and go to an organic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese farm in the countryside. We can see the storeroom where more than 5,000 wheels are aging from 12 up to 36 months. In the little bottega next to the storage room you can taste the cheese and buy some to take home.

The farm also hosts one of the biggest private collections of Maserati including about 25 cars from the ‘50s/’60s/’70s of the past century. All in all the collection consists of about 40 cars, 30 motorcycles and an interesting smattering of old bicycles and tractors. Highlights include the Maserati A6GCS Berlinetta Pininfarina which debuted in 1953 and is one of four produced worldwide. After this, board your car and proceed for the visit to a Balsamic vinegar Traditional Acetaia: in Modena thousands of families have their own sets of at least five wood barrels for aging Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. The couple that runs the place only has one thing on their mind: l’Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena.
We will follow the process for how they make the balsamic and see where the product is aged in barrels for over 145 years. Enjoy tasting the product and shopping. At the end of the visit, we will drive toward Maranello. Before reaching the Red Town we will pass the Fiorano Track (where Ferrari Formula 1 cars are tested) and the Wind Gallery, designed by Renzo Piano.

Return to Modena centre. You can take a brief walk through town and admire highlights of the Middle Ages: the 11th century Cathedral, main square, Palazzo Ducale, and Synagogue; or return to your hotel
